My daughter loves parkour at RKD. The classes are smaller than others we've tried. The instructor is highly skilled. Each class is a progression and it's great to see how far she got in a term. Looking forward to seeing what the next level brings!

Sensei Ryan is fantastic - he is patient, skilful and very accommodative. My two boys, my husband and I and my dad, my best friend and her kids - we all attend various classes. There is literally a class suitable for everyone! The venue is great. The schedule is convenient. The location is easy to access. The kids classes are fun! The adult fitness class is right after that. And there are a bunch of other programs on offer that are fantastic. Fun day with Sensei during school holidays and more. Seriously it’s a shame more business are not like this one!

Great instructor who knows his stuff across all aspects of martial arts. Particularly enjoy the kickboxing classes on Tuesday and Thursday - a good balance between technique, strategy and fitness.
