Great store, great products. My dog loves the raw patties.

I’ve been a customer of Complete Pet Company for over 8 years, when our family Westie Molly was suffering painful skin issues, which several vets could not fix. Lyndal and Jenny recommended some natural solutions and their quality ‘real’ food diet, which Molly still excitedly jumps up and down ‘every’ time we feed her. Within weeks her issues were resolved (without any other changes) and she has lived a happy, healthy life ever since (rarely seeing a vet). Not sure what I would do without them. They are highly knowledgeable, simply love animals and feel more of a community service than a business. Would give 6 stars if I could and thoroughly recommend them!

Excellent Products, would recommend using this store for its products however as per other reviews owners is quite arrogant. Definitely in a good way at times, knows what she is talking about however lacks the ability to connect on a human level, doesnt care about you or service at all just about giving you the information she has... which in fairness is why you would go to her shop? Great products and knowledge, poor service. Depending on what you are after this store may be for you, not for me however.

So grateful to have found the complete pet shop, the staff are so helpful and just lovely. My boy and his fussy mum now eat the complete raw food which they are loving. There coats look great and they’re so happy. Today we found they have “green shots” that can be thawed and put on-top of your dogs food for extra nutrients. We can’t wait to try it, so many awesome healthy and ethical products.

My journey with my canine companions Max and Mia has been a roller coaster. I started with enrolling and finishing a few dog training and behavioral courses. To be honest, the teachings did not resonate with, for some reason I felt the curriculum on those courses were a reflection of the human ego, always thinking they know what is best for the dog.Our relationship with dogs does not need to be based on selfish delusions under which we expect the dog to perform ridiculous circus tricks or perform extreme sports for which their anatomy was not built for. It shouldn't be that complicated, we just need to let dogs be dogs.Of course there are dogs that unfortunately come with past trauma and issues that will need to be addressed, what saddens me is the expectation of most dog guardians that think there is a magical way to FIX" the dog's issues through punishment and unrealistic and cruel methods that in the end will exacerbate the problem.From the initial consultation through their recent Complete Dog Online Workshop

Jenny & the team have been super helpful from the minute we walked in. Giving honest & no BS advise to steer us in the right direction. Max, our cattle dog, is loving his new food & from the sessions we had with Jenny we have seen a huge improvement in his behaviour & it's only been 2 months so far. It's been heart warming to hear from family & friends the drastic change they've seen in him too. More calm & less reactive. We are forever grateful for Jenny's help. We could not recommend her more!

Had a minor tech error and my order for a naked harness ended up being cancelled - Patricia was super helpful and got it fixed up for me ASAP and it arrived in mail express post pretty much the next day. Absolutely love it and Arty walks so much more comfortably and much more relaxed when encountering other doggies.

Top quality products with pet welfare at the heart of everything they do. Very knowledgeable and always happy to help whenever my kitties have any health issues. Thanks for the ongoing excellent service offered.I definitely recommend their food/services if you want your cat or dog to live their best life!
