Grilled fish was ok, a bit roar at the end of it. Spring roll was off, smelt horrendous and the taste was like mould.Potato cakes were soft and the smelt like burnt oil, same with the chips.I called them to tell them and all they offered was a credit for when I order next time. Why would I order from there again?Awful experience..

I love South Morang Fish and Chips (fish and calamari are very nice), but this time, when there was only young man in the cafe, fish was undercooked, had unappetising slimy inclusions. Batter was soaked through in oil, thick and had burned bits from cooking of previous batches. He is a lovely gentleman, nice to deal with, but should leave cooking to other people (as I do) and pursue another career.

This place was the best when we moved to South morang 6 years ago, something has happened to this place where they have lost complete focus on service and quality. Run by a bunch of after school kids with no customer service skills.

Another review complaining about the same issues as already listed. Raw food, soggy and revolting. I also had missing items. When I rang the store to rectify, the man on the phone didn’t seem to care. All he said was “ok” and told me to go to the restaurant if I want my drinks. Seems like this is done on purpose……

This is the worst souvlaki I have ever had. The lamb was not cooked properly and was still red and half raw as seen in the photo. I would never suggest this shop to anyone. Also ordered schnitzel burger...schnitzel was overcooked as seen in the photo not fit for human consumption. Onion rings soggy and falling apart as seen in the photo

Really really bad taste the fish is always uncooked I saw cockroaches near the deep fryer . Personally I would prefer thirtyfold cafe next door 5 star cafe really calm and cleaner and nicer than this shop. Never coming back again.

$67 spent tonight this is the worst fish and chips I have ever eaten. Scallops had green in them and terribly battered and under cooked could still taste the un cooked batter. Flake the same. Un. Cooked batter so Oily and not properly battered steamed dim sums cold. I don't mind paying for good food but this not only was a rip but terrible food.*update*Was actually that annoyed went back and asked for a refund which the girl behind the counter was very apologetic and said sorry many times and refunded the full Ammount.

The first time I had their fish and chips was great. But after, the second time we ordered seafoods, we waited hours and no orders came. And the owner didn’t even apologise. Tonight we ordered flakes and they gave us fish cakes. How you run your business. Never again.

This place has really gone downhill. Use to a great place. Now, never an adult in sight, run by teens. They have never been taught how to be polite. Their friends hang out at the store. The prices have sky rocked but the quality and quantity of food has reduced. Has been my go to fish and chip place for 15 years but I've been left disappointed to many times recently. I won't be going back.
