The staff have always been fabulous with both of my parents and myself. When Dad passed they made it so easy and effortless to do what needed to be done. Mum feels at easy with dealing will all of the staff. Janet you are amazing every time we speak. My only issue is that the store is no longer open on Saturdays to be able to go in person, but that is a head office / Covid issue..

Every time I come to the Mt Druitt store I get personal service. the service is really good. I am always helped with my banking. I'm not just a number I'm a customer.

I went to the branch at Mount Druitt and had an absolutely easy and delightful experience from start to finish. We went to Mount Druitt with one goal that day and that was to open a joint bank account. We had tried in previous banks that day before unfortunately you needed an appointment and they didn’t have any available till the following day. Fortunately for us the lovely staff at the Mount Druitt store welcomed us with open arms. We were greeted by Iskra and even though usually you would need an appointment she was able to accommodate us in a friendly and speedy manner. We were then directed to Amanda who then did all the hard work. She explained our options for new accounts ensuring she knew how we would be using it to recommend the best account for us. Even though one of us wasn’t able to produce an eligible driver’s license we were able to get the appropriate paperwork together for her, with her guidance. So overall very positive experience. Would throughly recommend based on staff customer service.
