Friendly staff, offered my mum tea while I got my hair cut. Great massage chair while my hair was being washed. I'm very happy with my haircut! The store is a bit hard to find, but it's on the top level of the shopping centre, to the left of spotlight.

The staffs are super friendly and very skilled. Sonia is my hairdresser and she is very good at cutting my hair and takes her time to suggest hairstyles. She will not disappoint.

Amazing service! Super friendly staff. The staff remembered my name and when I was leaving they all said good bye. The hair cut was really good, and after they washed my hair in a massage chair. Was a very good experience.

Kate (the hairdresser) is good with haircut skills, but the manager however needs to be re-trained with better customer service attitudes. Rude and immature! They will lose all the loyal customers if they don’t address this horrible attitude.

Got a haircut today, just walked in, asked for a recommendation as I didn't know what seated my face shape, the lovely staff took good care of me. Got a wonderful haircut and wash. They have a massage chair when you do washes. The male staff member was being trained and from the training you could tell the staff was lovely. Highly recommend trying this salon out!

I would say the manager is horrible. She is very mean to customer without any manners. I would like to give 0 star to Her if I can. The hairdressers are all changed, and the current ones are not good anymore. Also, there are short of assistants, so all the hairdressers are looking after couples customers in the same time, I want to ask how I can have a good hair service when the hairdresser is busy running around.Also I went to the beauty clinic also, when my credit was nearly run up, they ask me to top up all the time when I came to do the facial, it makes me very uncomfortable and do not want to come back anymore.

I am an old customer, I have been stayed here for 6 year. Also I have my regular hairdresser. I was happy to come here, until a thing happened to me. There were terrible customers service. The recent manager is a kidsless and meanlady; firstly, she overtook bookings, so most customers were hanging over here. For example, I waited for my hairdresser for 1 hour even though I had an appointment. It's still not the worst thing. My hairdresser was running around a couple of different customers, just like she suppose to wash my hair, but she left me on the message chair for 20 minutes because she had to do a haircut for another customer.Secondly, the manager pushed my 8years old daughter, as she needed to let her own customer to use the same equipment which my daughter was using for hair perm.I rushed to the front of the manager and asked her how she could let my daughter go and let her customer in . She didn't fell nag sorry to me, and told me with very bad attitude, that was been approved by the hairdress but in fact, the hairstdress did not agree with her, just because she was a disgusting manager, so she didn't dare to squeak.

First time I visit here it’s too good , beautiful greetings and service too good and beautiful environment.
