I went to casuarina woolworths today during my lunch break to buy samosa. I work in the center so it was in my bag the whole time/ shift. After i finish my work, i went again to buy missing products. The lady in the counter asked me to pay for the samosa which i had already paid. She asked for the receipt which i didn’t print. I showed her my bank transaction that i paid for it some time before. She was very rude, uncivilised and worse spoken. I don’t understand why don’t people use their brain and bring smile to workplace. Very bad experience with the customer service at the counter

Checkout ladies If you don’t like doing customer service then why would you even prefer to work there? My family and I were there today. We have asked sandeep first hi how are you no response that’s fine. May be TIRED! Then my 2 year old took chewing gum and she knew he was playing. She got energy somehow to ask are you going to pay for this? She put all the items in bags as she doesn’t want to put them. Her tone was extremely rude. Before then this incident there was an another old lady who has around 20 years of experience! She was even more rude then anyone else. How come she even didn’t learn anything in these 20 years? I hate that place more now! Woolworths Hire team members who love to smile and ask them to keep their personal problems at home we don’t come there to humiliate.

Woolworths Casuarina would seem to be suffering from staff shortages as are many others - only two service isles open, customers being directed to self server facilities. Not good enough for a major supermarket chain!!

If I could give zero, I would.I had pretty bad experiences but never gave a review or raised issues to make people’s life difficult. This time it crossed the lines and the audacity of the online assistant manager to say she will ban me from shop for asking her about my online order and I hate arguing so I kept quiet but she needs to be humbled.Mind you I’m in quarantine and barely have any energy to even talk.

Very bad customer service from manager. Asked for change of money of 20$ she refused to change saying they don't have money to change. What a joke .
