The staff here are all very professional and very helpful, the waiting period is generally less than half an hour and the waiting room has very comfortable seats. The entire place has been established to make your visit short and sharp but also comfortable with caring professional experts in the field of xray and ultrasound etc.

The ladies out the front went above and beyond with managing my appointment contacting my doctor on my behalf and fitting me in with extremely short notice. Radiologists are also very friendly with the Aussie friend feel. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Extremely grateful and happy !

NQ X-Ray's requirement to go onsite with photo ID to obtain reports/films is ridiculous and archaic. This is not required to fulfil privacy obligations (as argued by NQ X-ray) and serves only to create frustration and inconvenience for patients and staff. NQ X-Ray's competition, for example, has an online portal that allows patients access to all of their records WITHOUT a site visit.

I phoned and made an appointment for an ultrasound. I turned up 10 minutes early as suggested. Short wait at reception to check in. Sat for a couple of minutes and was in having my scan before my appointment time. Very efficient. It is not always so. Sometimes there is a wait. The waiting room was full on a Tuesday morning.

Staff at reception are very helpful. Unfortunately the Dr. appeared rushed and doesn’t follow regular procedure, the assistant was quite rough. Both staff seemed concerned about keeping the Dr. waiting. Also there was water damage/mould on the ceiling

Poor service. Letting customers wait unreasonable amount of time even with appointment booked. Go else where. Don't waste your day.

Went on a Tuesday morning for MRI, xray and ultrasound. They were busy but so quick, I was in and out in 45minutes. Great service and friendly staff. Good Job!
