In my opinion the ferntree gully store has the most helpful staff and knowlegable, compared to Repco ferntree gully.Thanks to Anthony he was super helpful, kind and fitted my wipers free of charge. Cheers Ferntree gully team!

Autobarn Ferntree Gully
It’s Autobarn, so what really can you say.Staff are usually pretty friendly and helpful but, strangely enough, I’ve visited them several times over the years and too many times they don’t have what I want/looking for. I don’t know whether it’s me or them but, it gets quite annoying. Hence, I’m reluctant to pay them a visit, unless it’s for something very basic (motor oil Etc).

Was having a hard time replacing a headlight globe. I popped in today and the guys managed to do it for me. It wasn’t an easy job for them, but they were so patient and determined to get it done, they even offered me a chair as they knew it would take a while. Thanks so much guys!

This store was recommended to me and it did not disappoint. I needed a new globe for my headlight and Hayden was extremely helpful and also fitted it for me. Thank you and I can highly recommend Autobarn Ferntree Gully.

Brought a jockey wheel for my boat, only the wheel, the price was ~$42 , however when I went to the register they tried to charge me ~$58, I explained the price should be $42,, the sales person checked and said I was right and adjusted the price,, ,, I then said the wheel was flat, can you pump it up and the person who looked like the owner said NO, but I can sell you a pump….. don’t expect customer service, check the prices at the register,, Don’t trust !! It’s a shame…
