Customer Service is poor.I have been into the Launceston Rossetto Tiles store on two occasions over the past three months, today being my second and final visit. After entering the store (no customers, no telephone calls in sight) I waited for over 5 minutes for someone to serve me.. Two store attendants were standing around chatting on both of my visits to the store, and ignored me. After realising their conversation was more important than thousands of dollars worth tile sales, I left. Poor customer service is what makes people purchase their tiles online or from the mainland. I wanted to support a local Tassie business, but not this one.

We had such wonderful service from Melissa who is an exceptional design expert. I had something in mind for our ensuite remodel and she quickly galvanized those ideas with a few options. I thoroughly recommend dealing with Rosetto for all your tile needs.

Rosetto tiles always the best tiles always different but felt they are the same as every one else now good if you want grey black white or cream I do know it is the trend but I want different
