Community Kids Merrylands Early Education Centre

This is honestly the best childcare. I have never felt so comfortable leaving my kids in the hands of another. They are so welcoming and caring and always take initiative to help put my mind at ease. They are also so kind, always welcoming me and my child. I am so happy with my experience here, it’s the best!

I have sent my boy boy at a very age. I was a bit scared at first but he is very well settled now and loves his daycare. All thanks goes to the baby room coordinator for taking care of my baby. They have been patient,caring and very informative. The centre involves everyday activities with children and help them with their milestones and development continuously. The centre manager,Fadia is always there to help us with any enquiry and always on her foot to keep everything perfect. Highly recommended ♥️

My child is so happy to go this centre.This center is amazing. Educators and management are very professional and caring. Educators are very good and they always have smile faces . It is very clean centre ,I would really recommend this place to all parents in the area.

Communtiy kids Merrylands has been such a blessing for my children. Each and every staff member cares for the children with such love and kindness. As a parent, leaving your children in someone else’s care can be hard but I leave the centre everyday with such peace knowing they are so dearly cared for.

Community Kids Merrylands is an all-round wonderful centre. They have provided genuine care for my kids, good education with regular incursions, and make it a point to check-in with parents on kids day/wellbeing and progress. I was happy with a previous centre kids were at before, but I've found this childcare next level. It's really nice knowing my kids are left in good hands. Thank you!

Our daughter loved her time here. She was in the baby room between the age of 4 months - 20 months and the staff in this room made her feel loved and listened to and appreciated. They care a lot for the children and it is like a family there. Special thanks to Ms Hanan, Ms Lazina & Ms Dola xxx

The name speaks for itself. So community orientated. Most welcoming and nurturing daycare! Absolutely love the educators here. They treat my children like their own with so much love, care and affection. It's been an absolute blessing finding this centre for my boys. Fadia the director is a God send and ensures there is consistency within the centre, which is a big tick for me. She has helped me out so much. I highly recommend.

I’m very disappointed with this childcare,I used to love Community Kids Bass Hill, as we moved out of the area I decided to enroll my child to this centre.I would give no star if it was possible,My child had been here for 6-7 months, and last 3-4 weeks as days are getting hot, the educator kept telling me my child drinks too much water, they are refilling his water bottle too many times, that I should put shorts instead of pants on him (my child refuses to wear shorts) every time I came to pick up my child she kept saying he drinks too much water, put shorts instead of pants, I started feeling pressured, uncomfortable.( I think its parents choice to choose how to dress their child)And I usually observe thorough the window what my child is doing before walking to the room to pick up and one day as I was walking in I could hear the educator was yelling at the kids sitting around her, not raising voice, but yelling with anger, you could hear it through the window, it was that loud, another educator was standing up, she saw me and immediately warned the educator that a parent is here and they started smiling at me as I walked in, you could tell the kids were not moving, sitting scared of the educator, if they are covering each other in situations like this I have no idea what they’re doing to kids once the parents leftI have talked to their head office as there was no centre manager at that timeThe next day they found out I have reported them educators stopped saying even Hi to me, they pretended they don’t see me,I have taken my child out of that centre right next day

A warm, caring and professional centre. The educators looked after the children as if they were their own and created engaging and educational activities for the children. The staff in the office always made me feel welcome
