Dr Wendy and Nurse Christina were wonderful with my daughter very thorough and both lovely to speak to

Exceptional staff, attention to detail, thorough examination and quick service. So much more convenient than waiting at a hospital, and useful for children who need to be seen immediately.

I wish PPCCs had existed when I'd broken my foot whilst breastfeeding a 3 month old - almost 6 hours in the waiting room back then...This is a great facility and experience - the nurse and doctor who treated me were wonderfully kind and capable. Very thankful for such available and sound assistance especially during a Public Holiday.

I received the best of care and friendly service when I attended Thursday night. I needed 3 stitches to my brow after a training accident. 5 stars from me.

I was able to walk straight in. No stress, staff were absolutely lovely. Would highly recommend for patients with low risk injuries to avoid long wait times in emergency. Thank you for your help!!

If I could put a zero I will give it a zero. Dr Samuel Youssef absolutely unprofessional. He laughed in my face and was absolute disrespectful the entire time I was there. I will be raising a formal complaint to the Victorian private health service establishment, as I don't think we patients deserve to be treated like that by a medical professional that should be there for helping people to feel better. Not to laugh about symptoms or questions they may have.

There are plenty other priority primary care centers, go to another one. This is based on the doctor's (Dr Youssef) bedside manner, or lack thereof, and his dismissive misogynistic attitude towards my wife.Earlier on in the day my wife had taken our toddler to our family GP but his condition had deteriorated that evening so we took our toddler to this centre for the first time. We chose this centre even though it was not the closest to us due to good google reviews.We were seen by two doctors, one with a mask (presumably student doctor) and Dr Youssef (mask-less). Two times my wife spoke up and both times were shut down and dismissed by Dr Youssef. I have a teaching background while my wife works in healthcare and is the primary carer of our son.After a quick examination the two doctors left the room. Dr Youssef returns alone to give us a prescription and proceeds to tell me the instructions. I tell him please tell this to my wife" but he points his finger at me and said "no I'm telling YOU

Came here for a tetanus vaccine after a small bite from my cat as I could not find an available GP on the day. I was seen by the nurse and doctor pretty much straight away, given vaccine and antibiotics within 10 minutes! It’s an amazing service for semi-urgent care that does not need to go to hospital.

Rude doctor, unhelpful and mean. Don't waste your time.
