Do yourself a favour and go in and try the delicious food this Cafe has on offer!!The bacon and cheese keto bread was mouth wateringly good! The coffee with mct oil and butter an absolute delight!Get in and support your local!Im going home with the biggest Almond and zucchini load I have ever seen! Can't wait to tuck in!

Fantastic establishment, the food is so delicious and I wish there were more locations, particularly on the Northside! I want to give a shout-out to the blonde member of staff who served us, she was incredibly attentive and helpful. We greatly appreciated the excellent service, including the cheesecake slice given to us on the house - that made our day. Great place!

We weren't sure if they had outdoor seating and took a risk by bringing our dog along after his walk. Unfortunately they didn't have an outdoor table but the staff we're very accommodating and placed one outside for us. The food was great and to have a full range of keto meals and desserts is a real blessing for those on the keto/VLC path. We finished our main meal so quickly that I forgot to take a photo. Super friendly, super yummy and healthy food. 6 stars.

Yummy. My first Keto experience so wasn't sure. The coffee was spot on and the breakfast(spicy mince with 2 sunny side up organic free range eggs!) was tasty and filling. The kids smashed their sausage roll and the better half loved the pesto scrambled.

I recently had the pleasure of enjoying two breakfasts at Keto Loco. I was impressed by the taste and quality of the selections - Baked Chilli Grassed Mince and Free Range Eggs and the Zucchini Fritters with or without Bacon served with Tomato Relish and Free Range Eggs.The lovely food was complimented with tasty coffee and a Green Machine Smoothie. The smoothie was made with coconut water and provided a lighter alternative to heavy smoothiesI like the well lit space at Keto Loco. The friendly welcoming staff made Keto Loco a delightful breakfast dining experience.

What a great cafe! They sell a great selection of low carb food, cakes, slices and coffee. As a family with a type 1 diabetic, being able to have a delicious lunch at a shopping centre and have everything low carb is so awesome! The owners are also fantastic. Recommend the cheesecake!

These guys are really great. I live locally, and work from home. It's really convenient to order a week's worth of lunches online every Thursday, then pop up the road to pick them up. The food tastes fresh and is full of flavour - nothing like you may have come to expect from pre-made meals. Hard to pick a favourite- perhaps the Thai Yellow Curry? Bonus that there's no contracts or plans. You can just order what you want for the week and tailor it to your schedule.Have honestly been so impressed. Often enjoy a bullet-proof coffee when I come to pick up lunch. Give them a go!

Shepherd's pie could be improved with some low carb veg in with the mince. Also, the heating process of the pie needs improvement. I had to give mine back to be heated more but it was still cold in the middle after the 2nd heating. We were comped a free coffee each for the under heated pie which was a nice show of 'businessmanship'. Sausage roll was good. Coffee was really good. The tiramisu was good. The caramel cheesecake was incredible. I ate at 11am & wasn't hungry again until late the next morning. Keto is so tasty & filling.

Cafe: Had the Organic Beef Brisket, tasted some of my partner's Creamy Mushroom Risotto with garlic bread, and had a brownie for dessert and it made me completely rethink what is possible on a keto diet. I actually felt guilty eating the garlic bread as it seriously tasted like its carb-filled alternative. Both meals and dessert were so full of flavour and really filling which was perfect. Having a cafe dedicated to making keto friendly meals is fantastic and just what I've been looking for.Take Home/Pre-Packaged Meals: After trying other online ready made meal services, I had reached the point where I was just accepting that average meal quality was the cost of convenience. Meals from other providers just had that mass produced microwave meal feel to them. I thought that this was as good as it was going to get if I continued down this path.Then I found Keto Loco. Just from looking at the meals in their package I could tell I was going to be in for a delight. Every meal I had was full of flavour and made to the same quality as you'd expect if you were having it served to you fresh. All ingredients used were of great quality and absolutely delicious. Could not fault anything.
