Specialty Flooring

Absolutely terrible experience with Dean who was employed by my property manager to fix some dents in my rental property's laminate flooring. Dean did not follow very clear and important instructions to contact me before attending my rental property so I could be in attendance when he came, then did an absolutely terrible job when I was not there to watch over and the patches he fixed are a joke they're so incompetently done as anyone can see along with forgetting to even fix some dents but thankfully I got in another brilliant company that did an awesome job (proving to me how incompetent Dean is). Then Dean refused to simply answer my question was he asked to contact me to make sure I could be there when he came, instead telling me to ask my property manager - who showed me the email where she asked him to do that. Dean did NOT prove otherwise despite being given the invitation to do so and it's obvious to me now he ignored instructions despite his protests he did not. And if he has a problem with that he can take it up with my property manager and ask her why she's saying he is the one to blame... Bottom line is if you want a good repair job DO NOT use Dean Specialty Flooring!
