Hi Perth City Peugeot,I honestly donot do reviews unless warranted but this is first time I am doing because I sincerely appreciate the values and amazing customer service experience presented by one of your staff Scott Wallis. Indeed this individual is thorough, problem solving, well spoken, courteous and most importantly effective listerner. I would hardly regard him and your team and recommend to anyone who are looking to purchase genuine cars.

Excellent service from the moment I walked in. Service was impeccable and the car was beautifully cleaned upon collection. Highly Recommend. You have a customer for life :)

I've just purchased my new Citroën. And I'm not only happy with my car, but absolutely pleased with the attitude of the team. All my requests were taken into account and I received as much help as I needed to make the purchase smooth and memorable. Haydn is an absolute LEGEND: professional service and customer-oriented approach. Trade in price for my old vehicle was reasonably good. Would definitely recommend that dealer.

I wich I could give zero stars. These people might be able to service your car, but don't expect customer service. Phone messages never returned. Even a letter was not even answered. If you can, do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

I found out that you need to double check understanding of spares quoted and ordered. The quotes provided are not always directly comparable with differences and ommissions not clearly shown. Also, most expensive parts option is provided unless you specifically ask for other more cost effective options.The parts staff are friendly and they respond to queries promptly though.

Taking months to get parts, even the brake pads, which are the most common parts.Expensive to service,500-600$ for a oil change of my Picasso.Courtesy lift? Oh, no way. I’ve never heard of it.Peter is omnipotent, I think. He is really busy every time. I am not blaming him. I feel only that one guy working in the dealer. I never expect that I can successfully reach him within 5 calls. And every time he tried to make the conversation as short as possible.The atmosphere and hardware is bleak as a dealer for the whole state. It’s hidden in a corner, just a table to be accurate, in a Nissan dealer.Every service or repair of the car, I feel it’s a war that need to survive however finally I died.I traded in my Picasso at tip price, a good car actually, to an Audi. Then I started to feel I am welcomed. I am greeted, offered with coffee and snacks, also a courtesy lift. Car is washed and scented after repair.By the way, I never had a problem with Allpike Citroen, but they were closed.I don’t think I will get another Citroen, however I hope they can improve their service and benefits other owners.

There was plenty that needed doing it must be said but Peter from the Service Dept kept me informed , explained clearly and followed through on what was to be completed to our car . Well done & organised . Thanks heaps ..... Kim

My 9-year-old Citroen serviced a year ago runs as a new while in past I had problems servicing the car in Kmart. Great!
