Disappointed that when you book, they will give you a fixed rate when paid in cash and guarantee no hidden charges. Then on delivery day, they will give you extra charges which were never discussed during the phone booking. That’s blatant LYING and DISHONESTY to customers. Be careful with this company. Don’t be fooled with their discounts or low rate offer.

The service was really good.I highly recommend them for house removal work.No damage to any item and they were very swift and careful with each item.

Cheapest quote I could find online. They turned up in the morning within their time window and gave me a call 30mins beforehand. Worked constantly and quite efficiently. Very pleasant too. Sometimes difficult to get on the phone (maybe because working) but not a big deal.Recommended.

As I booked my job with terry last week.I have to move urgently.He booked my job on short term notice and also provided me 20 free boxes.The guys came were nice and professional.There was plenty of heavy items in my house and i was worried about them but the guys move those items very safely and professionally. I always will recommend amtar removals to my family and friends.

Amtar removals has little or no removals equipment including next to no pads or blankets and trolleys without wheels which results in damages and extra hidden costs and no professional removalist, they lie to their staff and tell them to lie to the customers they also don’t pay their staff for the hours they work and don’t care if they work for up to 19 hrs a day without breaks. Terrible and unprofessional behaviour from a company that claims it is one of the best when in reality it is by far one of the worst I don’t recommend this removal company to anybody!

Great team who really helped us out when we had a lot of stuff to move. Was a big day and they worked really hard and treated our stuff with respect and care. Would use again.

Terry from Amtar Pty Ltd gave me a phone call only a few minutes after I posted the job online. I checked out the company's rating online, there was one bad review which made me a bit concerned, so i raised my concern to Terry. Terry asked me not to worry. They will do a good job. I decide to use them as their price is the best compare to other companies, and Terry sounds very sincere. On the day of the job, the two men who came, were really polite and did their job very carefully. They took good care of our furnitures and house. They even agreed to take off their shoes for going upstairs, as the carpet is new. I would recommend this company to my family and friends without hesitation.
