Paradise Garage

Excellent. Customer service is simply excellent!!! We used to live 5 minutes walk to Paradise Garage. We now live almost 1h drive, and yet we still come back every time we need car service. This how good they are!!! We've tried many other garage service near where we live, but nothing come close to Paradise Garage. I'd happily come back every time we need to and we definitely recommend their service. They also have a nice customer area where we can wait, chill and have coffee. The place has air conditioning so it's very nice when it's hot.

Head of customer liaison, Clare genuinely is what customer service should be across industry, she is well versed in the knowledge about the vehicles and relays communicates the comments made by the team of expert technicians in a transparent and concise manner. They look after my Jaguar X260 for a while now, they not only know the cars well but they will remember you and your car. Also their parts department is very helpful, they know what part you will need to order for your vehicle and provide you with option of Genuine, OE or aftermarket parts when they are available.At paradise they are genuine people maintaining and repairing your pride and joys, you'll have a single point of contact and your whole history and case will be handled by them throughout the process and keeping you updated. I first changed my maintenance works when I had enough of the appalling customer service at the main dealer; with just negligent, untruthful, deceptive attitudes from top down. The final straw was extremely poor quality of work completed by the main dealer and misdiagnosis suggesting I replace parts that didn't need to billing to almost 10k.Ever since I've found Paradise, I only trust them in dealing with our British vehicles, even if they are located a little further from home, you can rest assured your car is in the best hands.

I just picked up my Jaguar XJ and the crew did a wonderful, comprehensive and passionate job. They don't just care about cars, they care about *your* car and you can tell there treated with love. It was lovely to see my motor parked amongst all the vintage Astons, Jags, Bentleys and Rolls Royces. You know its in good company!Thanks again Paradise from your new forever-customer!

Its not often that you come across such a really unique set up, but this is one of them. Took my not so young Shadow in for some much needed TLC. Very knowledgeable staff. They remembered the car from its early days. The car is driving beautifully, I could not be more pleased with the results. Thank you.

I took my perfectly fine Citroen van to this garage. On the way home it broke down after a minor service. They accepted some liability for the $14000 in damage but couldn't repair the vehicle themselves and didn't want to know about it. The manager is particularly arrogant and unhelpful.

Don't waste your time.Took my series 3 XJ6 in with a rough idle and needing a service. No diagnostic effort was made - I was told only after paying that typically a condition such as mine requires full intake/injection strip and rebuild - they will not attempt to rectify without committing to a few thousand worth of work. That would have been great to know before going in.....$1200 for a fluid service and for them to tell me what's wrong with the car. I asked for a transmission service - they don't have a flusher, so just dropped and refilled the box. Looks like I paid specialist rates for apprentice work. Upwards of $150 and hour for something I could have done in the driveway.All in all, very dissatisfied by the work done, the price charged and the follow up customer service. For specialists I would have expected a fair bit more. Would not recommend.

Spent ~$18k getting my Rolls roadworthy and it was worse than when I took it in. They claimed the gearbox wasn't selecting gears properly (when it was) - and after the service it was worse than ever. Do not trust these people with your car. Complete rip off.

Staff are honest, and brilliant mechanical wizards!

Excellent service every time. If you have a car you love it is well worth the money spent!
