Terrific experience. I had my car serviced and new tyres fitted here and the customer service was friendly and professional. I was kept in contact as to what needed doing and they were honest and helpful. Situated on Centre Rd Bentleigh the premise has easy access and is spacious and clean. They are super busy - most probably because they are so good - so best to book in advance - I highly recommend MyCar Bentleigh and it will be my go to auto shop from now on.

Went in with a slow leak on my lunch break expecting the worst. I've been to this place in the past and I have to say, in recent time it feels like management have changed direction of this shop for the better. I was well looked after and they managed to fix my newish tyre from a puncture. Stress free and the guys went out of their way to put my mind at ease. VIP service. I had to come back and make sure they get recognised with a 5 star review. Thanks manager kavinga!

Do yourself a favour and send your car here.I had absolutely terrific service from a mechanic named Eric. He was so straight forward with everything. Unfortunately I had a horrible experience with a smash repair company who completely stuffed up my car. Eric was so kind and was able to resolve all the issues that the smash repairs caused.I have also had my car serviced by this company multiple times and they have always done an amazing and thorough job at a very affordable price. MyCar Bentleigh East is the only company I can trust to fix my car and offer amazing customer service.

Agree with the other 5-star reviews! Nick does a very good job – great customer service, friendly, honest, and patient.Twice I have had an issue with my engine light coming on. It’s a bit of a tricky one to resolve as it’s related to the fuel but there doesn’t seem to be any mechanical issues. Most places would make up something and charge a bomb. However, Nick has provided me with some advice on how to manage it going forward.I will definitely be back when my tyres are due for changing.

Needed to get my daughter's car back on the road fast and thought I'd try Mycar for some guidance with the right procedures and responsibilities. Nick organised everything from the flat battery, roadworthy check and new tyres. Her car was serviced and ready to go within a few days.Highly recommend this place as a one stop shop.

Blokes are brilliant top Gs!You might feel as frustrated as I did when tyre was puncture while the day ahead is one of those busiest ones. Needed a puncture repaired on my VW at very short notice, from the time I made the phone call until the tyre was repaired it took no longer than 30 mins. While I was waiting they also gave me some good advice and a very competitive and extremely affordable price for other types of services. One of the most professional and efficient service I received!
