It’s been almost 2 years since joining this place and I can honestly say it’s become a bigger part of my life than I would have ever thought. Sarah and her team are the absolute best at pushing you to your goals and beyond! The whole place is like a supportive little community and is there for you no matter what!

The staff and Trainers at Fitstop cornubia are so welcoming and supportive to everyone at their gym, the trainers are great with alternatives for all levels of fitness.I would recommend the place to friends and family.! :)

Today I received junk mail from Fitstop, despite my very prominent No Junk Mail" sign only millimeters from the slot on my letterbox.I consider this a massive breach of trust. I would never do business with anybody who so blatantly disregards their prospective client's wishes."

I cannot thank Fitstop Cornubia enough for how much they have helped my health journey. Everyone is kind and caring whilst motivating you and ensuring you are staying accountable. I recently had a shoulder injury and the trainers went above and beyond to make sure I could access the exercises in a safe way while still being pushed. It may be “group” fitness but there is no doubt they support each and every member individually. Thanks team!

If you are wanting to be surrounded by supportive, energetic and motivating people this is the place to be!! I love the vibe at Fitstop Cornubia. The trainers are helpful and encouraging and so are the people that train there! :) If you want to make some new friends and get strong and healthy at the same time come down! :)

From the first time I walked into fitstop and everyday since I have been welcomed with the same positive and vibrant energy from all the team and Sarah! Fitstop makes waking up at 5am easy. Sarah and the team at Fitstop Cornubia have helped, supported and guided me to become the best version of myself. I feel so blessed to be apart of not only a gym but a family. Fitstop Cornubia is the most welcoming, fun, enjoyable and motivating environment to be in! It is such a great way to start or end the day with the positive energy from all of the trainers, they are so amazing and supportive, always encouraging us to do our very best! Sarah and the team take the time to get to know you and cater for your abilities. Fitstop Cornubia is unlike any other gym!
