Went there in January for a ultrasound and she ran very late was told that it was 15 minutes behind but was more then an hour very unprofessional and they take advantage of those who are on centrelink as well I don’t want to go back there

I Was not aloud into scan unless showed proof of Covid vaccine. My wife who had miss carried was alone dealing with our loss. Zero compassion from staff, they just stated they would get in trouble if I didn’t show my papers and prove I was clean. Shame on this and many other medical professionals. We should never forget what has been done to us.

Professional & friendly staff make each visit as pleasant as possible - nothing was too much trouble for any of the 7 staff I interacted with over 2 x recent visits.And all attendances were bulk-billed!Thanks Hunter Imaging, Tuggerah for keeping stuff real & making patients feel ‘cared for’ :)

Phoned requesting scans that were completed in this centre. I was on hold for 16 and a half minutes, the accountant finally picked up the phone. She rudely told me she could not help me and would have to transfer me to another department. When i advised her I couldnt wait another 16 minutes as I had already been waiting so long she said well I cant help you

Needed an emergency ultrasound and this was the only place on Central Coast that could do it on a Saturday. Very accommodating and understanding of my situation. Really friendly, helpful staff. I don’t normally write reviews but felt very grateful to them at a really difficult time. I would definitely come back again. Thank you

Not good service at all. My 7 week pregnant fiancé was told to provide a referral within 10 minutes (had the doctor on the phone ready to send it). It took a few minutes over and they told her she had to reschedule. We have not even heard a heart beat. Do better

Lovely staff - very caring and accommodating to the patients. Any urgent appointments are actioned as soon as possible and almost always available on the same day. Very organised and great service.
