I visited Kate and Megan 6 months ago due to suffering lower back pain on one side. I had already visited physiotherapists and they were able to provide temporary relief, however only at Endurance Movement was the cause of the pain identified, and strategies implemented to rectify the issue. I have been able to return to strength training, pain free and hitting PB's! I can't recommend the team at Endurance Movement enough.

These guys know their stuff and have a great team there. Kate and Nick have been central part of my prep for a Rotto solo crossing and Ironman WA. Targeted specific functional strength training from a PhD in physio (Kate) and a triathlete who races pro division and has crossed the tape first in the full IM distance (Nick). They mix up and tailor sessions to build and strengthen the muscle groups you will use on race day and will mitigate injuries in the lead up to it (+ they have the staff to sort you out if/when you do injure yourself) . The group coached sessions end up being cheaper than going to the gym coz you can claim them if you have private health.

Whenever I’m in doubt I always turn to these guys! Among the team there is such a vast range of experience and expertise and they all work together to achieve the best results for their clients. They treat you as more than just a case study and care about their clients on a deeper level which is paramount to success when it comes to rehabilitating injuries (which as an athlete I have countless of). Would 110% recommend anyone at Endurance Movement as they are such a fabulous bunch of people with all the skills, knowledge and understanding to back it up!

Kate and the team at EM provide exceptional leading and evidence-based care. When I first saw Kate, I was broken (literally) and incredibly frustrated. Kate used her extensive knowledge and skills to help me get back on my feet. Despite being met with several challenges along what was a very long road to recovery, Kate never gave up and treated me with such respect and professionalism. She meticulously managed my load and always listened and responded to my concerns. I wouldn’t be where I am without her and I cannot thank her enough for everything she has done and continues to do to support me!

I have been going exclusively to Endurance Movement for the last 4.5 years. During this time, I have tried almost every single service they offer, namely:- Injury rehabilitation;- Dry needling;- Strength programs for improved performance and injury prevention;- Bike Fit;- Bike optimisation;- Triathlon Coaching;- Swimming Coaching; and- VO2Max testing. What keeps me going back? Simple. Bar none; they are the most professional, passionate and caring team of individuals in the endurance sport realm. They will work with you to get the best out of your body - taking a holistic approach with your goals and your situation; all while minimising the risk of injury.I have no hesitation to recommend Kate, Nick, and all the other members of the Endurance Movement team to anyone who wishes to improve their performance, reduce recurring injuries or just to get a stronger body for anything the life can throw at you!Hands down five stars.

I could not recommend the team at Endurance Movement enough! They are thoughtful, caring and willing to take many factors into the recovery of injuries and helping you get back to what you want to do.I have been going to Endurance Movement for 3 years now for a multitude of injuries and problems and every time their treatment, plan and ability to work with other health practitioners (doctors, dieticians etc.) to get the best result is unmatched. They use up to date research and techniques to individually tailor an approach - something which is lacking in other parts of this injury!I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending or referring family, friends and my own clients to the team at EM as I know that they are in safe hands and will get a fantastic outcome!

Avoid Kate Baldwin, she lacks competency and emotional maturity. She refused to take my pain seriously, she was not interested in my medical history and she dismissed my debilitating pain as some evidence based bio-psychosocial pain. She prescribed me inappropriate exercises such as aggressive hyperextension, pushed me into completing exercise programs against my will, causing me horrific injuries and consequently destroying my life. At that time I was not aware that apparently the private University of Notre Dame here in Perth where Kate got her credentials has a reputation as the buy-your-own-degree university aka you can get in with enough money no matter your scores. This combined with Kate’s unwillingness to acknowledge pain as being a genuine warning signal of mechanical and structural injury instead of some bio-psychosocial in-your-mind pain, together with her competitive personality to push past human limits makes her perfect candidate for mismanaging patients and causing them further harm. I naively thought that because she’s used to be a triathlete that she’ll be a competent physio. Unfortunately nothing could be further from the truth, she’s blind to her own blindness, totally unaware of her poor clinical reasoning, and her reckless approach to my pain and my concerns make her a danger to the public safety, and I’m afraid that it’s only a matter of time before she destroys someone else’s life as well. She should not be practicing.

Kate has been fantastic across the multiple services I've used. Running analysis, strength assessment and coaching. Group fitness classes are the best I've done.My bike fit with Nick and Kate was a great experience. I learnt a lot and my comfort on the bike increased significantly. I was really happy with the whole experience.I thoroughly enjoy every visit to EM!
