I have been dealing with Archers and in particular their Cannonvale Manager Joel McBride for over 10 years. During this time, l have found Joel's assistance and experience to be invaluable and I am sure has saved our Body Corporate thousands of dollars other wise wasted! I am in regular contact with Archers Cannonvale and I would recommend this Body Corporate Manager to any Body Corporate looking to change to a Manager that will make the difference and work with their committee to achieve savings and the attention they required! Great service, Value for money and a pleasant company to deal with where ego's don't get in the way!. 5 stars Joel.

Archers have been excellent support and help for our building's Body Corporate Committee, and especially to me as I have no knowledge whatsoever of things legal, financial, buildings, construction and building management. Their staff are angelically patient, answering dumb questions from me and walking bedside us every step of the way to keep us in line with regulations. They are also scrupulously honest and impartial with their advice. I thoroughly recommend them.

The manager that looks after the Mediterranean Resorts for us, Joel McBride is very knowledgeable and most importantly reliable. They have always answered emails in a timely manner and are always on hand to offer any advice we might need. As Chair of the BC that Archers Whitsunday manage, I can wholeheartedly recommend their service. Our previous BC Management Company were not very good so it has been the best step we could take as owners to change to Archers. We have used Archers the Strata Professionals as our Body Corporate Managers at The Shores Holiday Apartments for 12 years. For more than 10 of those years our manager has been Joel McBride.
