I was in the process of starting my own company and needed some support. At burdmarketing they helped us with our web design from scratch till it was up and running. Not all clients have a positive experience. A misleading invoice, many insults and very poor quality work was my experience. They transferred content from my old website to a new theme and didn't take care with it. They didn't align the paragraphs, didn't add hyperlinks, left out large junks of text, etc it was made worse than how i originally had it. When I complained about it - I was accused of being a headache, difficult to please. When a client gets verbally abused just for stating the job isn't done correctly - that's a red flag. Understandably, I asked for a refund and they refused by keeping 50%. The job they had done so far wasn't worth what they kept. This is thus being investigated legally.
