Honest owner. Took in my Seiko Kinetic watch to get repaired, he knew right away it was a problem with the capacitor/battery but because I had it for 8 years said I'd still need to take I into Seiko for a service. Because the watch was only worth $350 and the repair + service would cost $240 it would probably be better to get a new watch.

Got my new Rolex DJ 41 authenticated and fitted with Michael. Was very professional and taught me some stuff about Rolex's I had no idea about. Took extra time to fit my watch so it fit perfectly. Great service highly recommend.
