Would highly discourage going with this company. We booked in for a measure and quote and they showed up 1.5 hours late. We thought we would give Choi a second chance as his pricing was fairly competitive.We then organised to visit their showroom to see what they offered and once again, Choi showed up 30mins late. After browsing and deciding on colours we were then told that essentially all the curtains on display are not actually available and are older versions thus meaning we wasted this entire hour looking.We then organised for a time to collect/have the colour books delivered and for him to perform more accurate measuring since what was on display weren't actually options or choices. He showed up 30mins late again.He then came back the following day to collect the books and take our final colour selections and go over final details (Curtain height, rod position etc). After about an hour, he essentially ran out the door and left abruptly. We thought it was strange however, thought he may be in a rush to elsewhere. We had selected all our colours, curtain types and were under the impression that our order would be on the supposed urgent ship leaving that week".I followed up the following day just to clarify what the process is
