Don't buy products from this company. The plug electrical leads are special to their products. They mould a special notch which their cables fit everything else computers/printers etc but a standard cable won't fit their products. They won't sell parts direct and stockists don't have stock. Order a cable in that is near identical from Bunnings for $9.95, they quote $19 but order it in though a distributor" and they charge $51.82. You have no option. PS the distributor make $15.00 + GST. I asked them."

We've bought two birko urns. Both had a valve that failed. We called about the second one 1 year and weeks weeks after it failed. They wouldn't cover it under warranty. Seems to be a significant design flaw.
