Shaily is amazing! I’ve been seeing her for massages for over a year. I started seeing her during my pregnancy for hip and back pain & the relief was incredible, she definitely knows what she’s doing. I’m still seeing her for postpartum & remedial treatments. Shaily is such a warm & caring person, I’m relaxed as soon as she’s in the room.

Currently pregnant with my second I have been having a lot of pelvic girdle, lower back & hip pain. Nothing I tried provided me with any relief until I visited Shaily for a pregnancy massage. Can’t describe how happy I’ve been with Rachel! After a difficult first trimester in my pregnancy I was in desperate need to move my body again, but make sure it’s safe for my baby. Rachel has been helping me every week to move my body safely and continue my yoga practice. As everyday is so different for me Rachel always makes sure to adapt the practice to my needs on that day. I love that I have the choice to either take it slow or challenge my body when I feel like it.At the end of each yoga session I feel peaceful and calm. It was the best decision to start and I’m planning on continuing with Rachel during my pregnancy and after I give birth.I definitely recommend this place ☺️
