I provided an offer on a property which was rejected, and a counter offer given. I accepted this offer formally, both verbally and in writing. I was not informed that inspections would continue to take place on the property.I got a call the next day that another offer had been given after an inspection that day, which blew mine out of the water". I was asked if I wished to submit another offer but was not told the amount of the new offer until speaking with the vendor directly outside the agent.I submitted a new offer and was unsuccessful.An unprofessional service from the Agent that could have been resolved through proper communication and preparation. An experience that has left a sour taste
