dealt with Taylor really knew his stuff, went to these guys after we had a heap of problems with a different franchise, the owners in Balcatta have been around for years really personal approach to customer service. Was a breath of fresh air to deal with real people that care.

Bought a $1300 Zodiac robotic pool cleaner from this lot. Just before it ran out of warranty I took it in to be repaired, got it back a week later, still not working. They said they sent it off to Zodiac to be repaired. Found out today they didn’t, so lying thieves as well. It’s now out of warranty. More outlay for me. Don’t buy an expensive pool cleaner from them. Tried to flog me a new basket for it for $85. Not likely, robbers. Tried to support a local business ... they can go to hell.

Terrific experience getting my 75000L pool back up to spec for Christmas after numerous old equipment failures!Great, helpful staff and no bullsh#t!Absolute superstars and would give 7 stars if I could. Thanks Geraldine and the boys!
