Quality of work is excellent, they went above what was required for the job I needed done. It's best to contact them for updates rather than wait for a call but phone staff are friendly and easy to talk to.Rental car and taxi service was organised by them whilst I was without a car.

The staff member at Thornleigh were so helpful, especially Paul, great job on the damaged car repair. I would really recommended this place.

Budget looking smash repairer. Reception pleasant enough, quality may be a hit or miss..UPDATE after Owners Response:- The bar was fitted poorly, however it was fixed when I pointed it out to the person which handed over the car.- The respray colour is off. I was not prepared to leave the car for a repaint, again. Seems pearl finish on this literally brand-new car, is not something your shop matches up well. I checked with 3M light and against the rear bar also which is factory, and the colour of the respray is chalk and cheese as they say.- There was a grove in the brand new bar which I pointed out also. Small, but visible, the man explained new bars come with faults from factory" - Even a blind man could see that a little bit of sand paper action

Can’t recommend this company enough!We choose this company to have our Jetta repairs as they were a preferred Allianz Repairer.We were immediately contacted and had our car inspected within 2 days plus booked for repairs for the following week. By end of following week, we had the car back fully restored :-). That’s with 2 weeks of claim submission.I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the entire workshop.Friendly, swift and super professional.Highly Recommend.

I was recommended to this company from our tow truck driver ,after we had a fairly major car accident. I am so glad we went with Thornleigh Auto body Alignment. It was 8 weeks in the repair shop, but the result was superb. They went over and above in repairing our car. I could not rate them more highly.

was told would be 9 days to repair..... Just over 3 weeks later i got it back. Shotty work as well as there was paint on interior panels (mainly on B pillar) and my Airbag light was on once i picked my car up, they did fix this and im hoping not in a dodgy way.Got a call shortly after lodging this review from a member of staff, I was told how dusty the car was and how it had rubbish in the car when i handed it in..... I fail to see how rubbish in my car somehow equates to wet paint on the B pillar. For some reason she mentioned that she was going to be calling NRMA to somehow rectify / clarify my comment.... Ill simply make a similar call to NRMA as well.As per their comments below, this is not the first time they have received this feedback from me i was arguing with one of the staff members for about 5 minutes when i picked it up when i got it back, he was trying to convince me that the still wet paint on the B pillar was not paint at all. Car also did not appear to be clean as per your comments, thick layer of dust and the reason you wouldn't have got a thank you like you stated in your comment below was probably because of the shotty workmanship!

Wasn't transparent with information regarding daily cost having my car in their Duffy Street holding facility. Was told someone could take photos of the damages on my car but had to send an email requesting it and they would send them to me over weekend. Nothing came, Joe contradicted everything and was absolutely rude. I am appalled with the way he communicates...doesn't listen to w h at you have to say but speaks over you.

Car was taken in after a crash, and the repairs were done fairly quickly. I received texts regarding updates on progress, and overall the customer service was good.However, the attention to detail on the job was awful. I had 3 seperate issues that required me to come in 2 more times to have fixed.1. Battery was dead when I went to pick it up, minor issue as I know this can happen with panel repairs. Although I feel they should have noticed this before I was there.2. Later noticed that my front washer jets were not working. Had to take it back in. Was told that they mixed up the hose connection to the rear washers.3. After a week of day time driving, went out at night to find that my new rightside headlight was not aligned properly and pointing about a metre below my left headlight. Again, had to go back in and get this fixed.All of these were quite minor issues that were fixed promptly. However, they show poor attention to detail, and regardless of the severity, still caused me to take time out of my day to get sorted.The response from them also felt unprofessional, as I was never even given an apology.
