I am usually not the one to do this sort of thing but had a interaction with one of the rudest people I have ever meet at this facility in queanbeyan she has one of the most UN professional managerial skill sets I have ever come across I am not sure if it lake of training or just a bad day but will never rent a space

Rent a Space Queanbeyan
Leonie and her team were so accommodating and helpful. We were unsure of the exact size storage facility we needed and underestimated the time it would take to move. Not only was she understanding, her help was immeasurable. I have used many other storage facilities over the years from the cheapest you can find to national brands and this has by far been the best experience. 10/10 would recommend and use again if needed.

Great new storage facility, helpful staff, help with a truck and driver to move in. It was a no brainer for me, I saved money and gave myself a little extra time to complete my move.

It was great being Elliot’s very first job, he was on time, professional, super friendly.The free brand new move in truck was a fantastic incentive and made the move in so much easier.The front desk staff, Marianne & Leonieare delightful. My experience so far with Rent a Space QBN has been fantastic. The staff have really professional and friendly. I used the free truck service and cannot speak highly enough of Elliot, my driver. He's an absolute gem!
