I wish I could give Tom 10 stars. I went into my first session with a bit of trepidation thinking that I would be sent for scans to confirm what was going on in my knees but after a couple of manipulation tests, I came out confident that I wouldn't need surgery, but exercises to help with the pai. Tom explained everything thoroughly and in terms easy for me to understand. I can't recommend him enough.

I have been seeing Tom A for chronic pain and severe headaches since 2015. He’s always prepared for appointments, and is extremely thorough during checkups. Would absolutely recommend if you get bad headaches, or have a bad neck, shoulders, lower back, or nerve pain.Fantastic ladies on the front desk, and a lovely team. Extremely clean and the staff is always masked up, so my elderly grandparents felt very safe when they needed help with a bad injury in the middle of COVID.Great team, great physios, and great dad jokes on the sign outside.

I have never received an assessment as thorough and in depth as what Tom Anthoney provided. Tom does not just focus on one specific issue and provide a short term treatment, every minor detail is taken into account, to ensure the bigger issue/problem is addressed correctly from the initial assessment. Other than Tom's exceptional & unique physiotherapy approach, he is a brilliant communicator, which is absolutely key in feeling comfortable and able to discuss your goals and areas of concern. Could not recommend highly enough.

I saw Tom Anthony after suffering a lower back injury. I had previously been seeing another Physio and not noticing many improvements. He was able to diagnose my issue and clearly explain my injury to me. I felt really comfortable and understood, he was able to tailor care to my needs and made adjustments to my program as my mobility advanced/ improved overtime. He regularly checked up via email and encouraged me to contact him with any questions. I could not recommend more highly. Cheers Tom!

Excellent professional service provided. You feel like a valued client the moment you walk into their premises. Tom D spent generous time with me, not like a 2 to 5 minute production line consult.

Attending Willunga Physio has improved my life and I do not say that lightly. Having suffered from a near-death accident that left me on life-support for over 10 days suffering from a broken back, fractured skull and numerous other injuries, I was in constant daily pain, and took multiple medications to just get out of bed in the morning. My GP recommended Willunga Physio (as that is where HE attends when he is in pain). The Staff genuinely care for every person who walks through the door and are not happy until they have helped you and eased your concerns.Do not come expecting a quick-fix scenario, as this is not how they work. This is not a speedy walk-in, back crack, walk-out high numbers turnover game. Time is dedicated to everyone, ensuring that you are feeling better and more comfortable before you leave and are happy with the outcome. The Physios examine the whole picture of your life and thoroughly study the reasons that cause your pain, teaching you how to understand it and how to avoid discomfort. It is so much more than just snap-crack and leave.Massage, dry needling, Pilates, hydrotherapy, home-visits, exercises, and gentle manipulation are just a few of the methods used to help ease your pain and discomfort. Everything is explained very clearly, a plan is designed, and you are encouraged to ask questions and participate in the strategies suggested to help you feel better, and stay better, ensuring that your personal plan is perfectly suitable for YOU.If you have any questions or issues you are encouraged to contact your Physio via telephone or email if it is out of hours.Your best health and comfort are their priority, and the depth of care, skill and experience provided are beyond reproach. I can not speak highly enough of Willunga Physio, and the Staff who have helped make my life so much more comfortable and pain free. Everyone matters at Willunga Physio!

After struggling with nerve pain in my back and neck and a weak left leg and knee i thought that i was “as good as i was going to get”. Until someone recommend Tom at Wilunga physio. seeing Tom has really helped me find a new lease on life.Whilst my pain levels weren’t consistently high it was forever uncomfortable which lead to irritability and fatigue and me (a 27yr old) not being about to do things i should be able to do.The exercises Tom has given me have helped pain management and the program we have been working as me hopeful that i’ll return to a life that reflects my pre accident life a little more closely. The staff are always cheerful and reflect the calm and personable way in which Tom and his physio’s work.

Highly recommend Tom and the team at Willunga Physio. After many $'s in imaging and treatment from other physio's, doctors and massage without improvement was referred to Willunga Physio and have seen improvement to my condition and getting back to a more normal life. The service provided being more than just treatment as I was also educated to manage and assist in recovery at home.

Tom Daw is a great asset to Willunga Physio and I am impressed by his clinical knowledge and expertise. I have recovered 100% by following his advice and never fail to seek help early, even if it is just a minor MSK injury (like a twisted ankle). Tom D is nearly as good as Tom A (ha ha)! Thanks to the whole team at Willunga Physio for keeping me active in all the things I love to do in life.
