The food itself is typical of subway. However, this store has very poor service delivery. Do not use their drive thru, waited 20 minutes even drove around to the window and there was no out of service and no staff member.

Such poor management of this store. Visted today approx. 10:45am (public holiday) and only one poor staff member was working (doing an amazing job). She was flat out trying to prep the store, serve the drive through AND serve customers at the counter. Almost all of the self-serv post-mix syrups were empty from the previous day and she was run ragged. She never complained or showed anything but a positive attitude. She is a credit to the store, unlike whomever does the rostering. I understand that there are staffing issues all over, however this screamed of a company not wanting to pay penalty rates on a public holiday. Do better Subway Alfredton. It's situations like this that cause good staff to look for work outside of the hospitality and service industries.

I went in today to get my usual pizza melt. As soon as they took it out of the toaster oven they asked for my salad choice and I said lettuce as usual and after that when I asked for tomato they added tomato sauce, not the actual tomato. I didn’t even get to choose my veggies at all. I had to finish it off at home

Absolutely disgusting service. Went tonight and you could clearly tell the girls did not want to work. The subs were made very messy with hardly anything on them.

I went into this store today (1601 Sturt st, Alfredton ) to get a sub, I already think this store is very ordinary but it’s the closest to my home. When I went into the store what I can only assume was the owner was in there working with three other younger female staff. He wasn’t wearing a uniform nor was he wearing a name badge. He was so rude and aggressive to these young girls. One was visibly shaken, she looked like she could burst into tears or throw up at any second from the way he was speaking to her. I have never experienced such poor managing in my whole life. This man couldn’t even look his staff in the face, he was a sad excuse for a human being. He shouldn’t even be referred to as a man. I hope you read this as you need yo take a long hard look at yourself, you will meet your match one day. How dare you speak and treat these young girls the way you did. This is exactly why young people don’t want to work. I will never ever give this store a cent and I will make sure that I let all my loved ones know not to either. You are clearly miserable in your own life. The subway brand would be disgusted to know you are a part of their brand.

Store looks short staffed. The man (assuming owner) is rude and not well mannered. Toppings are scarce and very expensive.Would not recommend.

Horrible service wish to give negative rating. Girls in front does not know anything. Did not know how to serve and prepare the footlong. Everything was spilling out from the pack and it was burnt. When asked questions to the girl she was unable to justify the price. The owner came to discuss and his attitude was rude and athetic. He was so arrogant to talk and explain the prices and deals. Took 5 foot longs and got charged for 6. He doesnot know how to deal with customers. Never going to this subway again. Wanted to complain about the owner to higher authorities. Telling all my friends on personnel level to not visit this subway. Ridiculus person and service.

Very disappointed with the inconsistency of prices, my salad bowls are just slapped together with no care. Previous staff were more caring.Even though I usually buy the same thing and never know how much I'm going to pay for it.Sometimes they don't have the cutlery or bowls.You can always go into bigw and buy what you need we are just next door

Me and my girlfriend went into subway alfredton and this lovely girl started taking our order but was interrupted by another girl behind the counter who just took over and told the original girl to go out the back, couldn’t hear anything we were saying gave us 2 pieces of cucumber each barely any sauces and has the audacity to charge us an extra $9 more then what our order usually costs, all because the man who I assume is the manager was behind the counter with them (showing herself off) We were both very dissatisfied with our subs and hope that they see this and make some changes. Maybe put the larger girl in charge of drive thru and leave the customer service to the lovely girl who started our order, she was very polite and deserves a raise.
