Didn’t intend on buying a bike here but after all the help Andrew gave us with what we were there for, we decided to spend more on a better bike then and there!Overall very happy with the experience and will happily make the 2+ hour drive to continue to shop here.

Amazing experience at Yarra Valley Cycles. I called and spoke with Luke who guided me through his stock within my budget. In store Damien gave me the rundown and let me have a test ride. Max then prepared my bike in the workshop with an upgrade and I left with an awesome bike and massive smile on my face.If you need a bike this is the shop to go to. I went to 3 other bike stores much closer to my home that had nothing in stock. The stock they have at YVC considering the current shortages is unbelievable. Thanks guys! Will be back for sure.

I went down there twice, one to check if the bike I built was safe and to set up the suspension l. After that I came the next day to chop some of my seat. I would’ve rated this store 4 stars until I asked the bloke who was at the desk how much it would cost and he decided to input the fact that I bought competitor bike over theirs as it was discounted. Also overpriced.

Guys in the workshop did a top job on the bottom bracket threads in my frame , on time and to the price they quoted. Also gave me good advice on how to finish prepping the frame for building .Shop has grown substantially over the last few years, huge range and great prices . Check it out.

I bought a couple of bikes here - one for dad and another for my partner.Pros: large selection of bikes and accessories. Friendly service. Quick to respond to questions and issues ratified promptly. They also have some really good discounts.Cons: some of the issues could be prevented if the bike mechanics paid more attention when building the bikes and/or test ride the bike after finish building.

Wonderful service! I dropped in with a question about my bike and the staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and fixed several issues for me. There’s a huge range of bikes and gear there too. Highly recommended.

We tried to support a local shop however we have not had a good experience with Yarra Valley Cycles. We initially dealt with a lovely staff member called Andrew and he was very helpful, however we dealt with a couple of other men at the shop who were quite rude and not at all helpful. They are pretty expensive too so definitely shop around to get a better price.

Came in last minute with no booking for a service my brake was clamped on the rotor they bled both my brakes unbent my derraliur hanger for $45 cheapest and best service I have ever had. Staff are friendly and let you know what they’re doing if you want to learn.
