Fitstop Hamilton
I’ve always struggled to stay consistent with any group fitness classes but the community & sessions at Fitstop Hamilton are the key to a healthy body and mind! I love the strength classes, the trainers and all the extra touches that the gym offers. The community events are amazing too which makes it feel like more then just a gym!

Awesome gym! Great vibes and super fun instructors. Perfect location to hit coffee and/or breakfast after a workout and right at the end of the bikeway, super easy to get to.Totally recommend!

Love this place - the classes are challenging and a mix of weight training and cardio so I get a bit of everything - but the part I like most is how friendly everyone is! Made some great friends here and I always look forward to going to class for that reason!

Has been an awesome experience for my husband and I have seen the proof in his results with the efforts he has been putting in. He loves the whole aspect and concept of FitStop and wouldn’t go anywhere else to train.
