I think we were discriminated against because of our race.We were yelled at before we reached the service counter as the lady saw the product we had I the trolley and said in a loud voice in front of all customers (SORRY FONT BRING THOSE HERE NO RETURNS IM NOT GOING TO DO IT!!!)I WAS HUMILIATED AND EMBARRASSED.The sign with the returns policy was not visible nor did they ever mention this to us when we purchased the products.If you check my name in your system and see my account you will find I am a good customer and do purchase from your store many times.But the lady working in store has no respect and no customer service skills.You don't yell at people for no reason. And also usually stores who do not offer refund will mention this to you when purchasing your items.NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN

Spent a fortune here, was given a discount voucher that could not be used the next day. l advised staff l live very far and this was the only opportunity l had to make the purchase but no one helped. I will no longer be returning after this experience.

Great. Went over the weekend to grab some plates etc and a very knowledgeable sales person assisted me with suggestions on which would be better. Upgrading my old ones. She helped select a new set and I am very happy with the choice. She gave me several options and told me pros and cons. She was very chatty and made me feel like I knew her for ages. I think her name was Taylah or something that was tay I can't remember the name tag exactly but she had lovely red hair. Anyway thanks for all your help robins kitchen .

Not sure whats going with the customer service level in werribee but its terrible specially with the lady with red hair i dnt even know how she was able to get job thereTerrible experience rude customer service unprofessionalI would never recommend anyone to go there.Like seriously kmart with self service better than this place

Ridiculous staff and the offers doesn’t make any sense. It clearly says buy one get one free and we bought 2 items of different values and two free. They charged for the expensive items and refuse to process refunds. Absolute scammers and please refrain from even visiting this store

Absolutely joke this store the customer service is terrible and so rude unprofessional not sure how they still have business!!!!

Left this store at 5:10 4/10/2022. After receiving disgruntled looks and no greeting. My partner went to the counter to purchase, stood there before realising no one was going to bother serving her.

I would like to say thank you to KAT, at Werribee plaza. Thank you for asking the customer to read the refund policy herself in the website when the receipt already stated that clearly.Thank you for embrassing me and I did check the website. Oh yes, there's no refund but a credit note can be issued. I shouldn't say I request a refund but a credit note." My bad my bad.Being helpful when we purchase. Don't even look at me when request a "refund". Easy!"
