BHS Dental Clinic

Some of them are not clean so be warned you may catch infections from getting your teeth done there. I have caught several infections recently after getting my teeth done there. I know 100% it’s from them being unhygienic. When it comes to peoples mouth and touching their saliva etc they should not be touching things in the room with the dirty gloves on. They are meant to take off the gloves then wash hands then touch the computer/screen/keyboard etc etc. Then they are meant to wash hands and use sanitizer always before and after doing hands. Then put a clean pair of gloves on again before putting them back into our mouth. I saw them use just one pair of gloves each time I see them. Just one pair the whole appointment is not ok. The dentist was touching everything with my saliva all over it. So who ever goes next will get all my germs basically. Any wonder I get sick after getting my teeth done there.

From a walk up start ,to a almost total rebuild , The front desk staff happy & helpful facilities lekker nursing staff same . Dentists the best just like majik job done and I almost fell asleep during extractions ect. Thanks to all the staff making the whole thing to easy, salute'

My student is wonderful. The only down side is 1.5hrs in the dental chair.

They were patient, compassionate and informed. Had an awful infection and needed a root canal and the whole time I felt like I was in safe hands. Absolutely amazing, thank you.

Always fantastic student dentists and main dentists, very kind and caring and the nurses are awesome too, thank you for looking out for our dental health

Try to get in, to have my teeth remove, only to be told. You have come in and wait to see. If there a cancellation and wait all day for it. There is NO Emergency Service Here, what a joke, can't go to hospital, because they DON'T have Emergency Service for dental

Can't understand why people would complain about free or incredibly cheap dental care at this clinic. The staff are not able to control waiting times. Dont leave bad reviews because you have to sit there for an extra 20 minutes. If youre gonna get mad then be mad at the Whitlam government for not including dental care in Medibank (the precursor to Medicare.)Had an excellent experience today with Muhammad. He was super patient and super caring. Answered all my questions and kept me informed the whole time. Did an excellent job on my tooth. I am so happy!! All the people who work here - receptionists, dentists, student dentists - they are all very understanding of my dental phobia. I’ve been here quite a few times and so has my husband. We are very privileged to have this amazing service available at a very low cost or sometimes no cost if you have a health care card and you let the student dentists fix your fangs for you. And the students work is always checked by the fully qualified dentist. My husband and I highly recommend this dentist clinic.
