I am a regular customer it’s been almost 2years.I can’t go any other lash shop. The lash technician Raina knows about my lash condition and style very well and she knows what she has to do for my comfortable.BUT this time I got eyelash extension by a new technician, her name is Grace!!First of all, it’s good experience. She is an expert and ask me lots of questions to know about my lashes to be perfect!! I am very happy ☺️Highly recommend and I already recommended to all of my friends

Very poor customer service and professionalism. After being in lockdown in Victoria my appointment had to be moved and unfortunately the new appointment time clashed with an upcoming medical operation I had been on the waiting list for. When trying to contact Raina to rebook I got no response after multiple attempts only to find out that I had been blocked from the Instagram page for absolutely no reason. Very poor business attributes. I would drive over 40 minutes to get there. It’s just disgusting that a business woman would be so disrespectful to clients for no reason at all. Would not recommend after this. Lack of communication and zero customer care.

Found this place years ago, was scrolling through instagram hashtags trying to find lash technician with natural style without 9D volume caterpillars. Was absolutely blown away by pictures and booked my first servise. Since then I can't imagine someone else doing my lashes.Raina is an ARTIST! She always takes care of all my request and provides wonderful servise that I'm more than happy about. I'm mesmerized by the quality of my extensions and by the confidence boost it gives me.I got so many compliments!My natural lashes still grow healthy underneath so I know Raina uses good quality products and she will adjust the procedure to make sure to not harm my lashes.Customer service was ALWAYS on top, never failed! Communication is really fast, i was never left on read and even when i had to cancel Raina was quick, understanding and professional with replies.Place itself located in the nice salon, very clean, always smells nice like candles or aroma oils. It's warm and cosy.I had no expirience with Grace but I can hear how gently she speaks to her clients, always making sure they 100 % happy about their fresh set.Just simply the best salon. Thank you for your incredible work!

Got a full set done by Grace a few days ago and I'm in love with them!!! I loved her professionalism and how she personalised the lash look I wanted to fit my needs! Definitely recommend getting your lashes done here, especially if you're new to them like me :)

I had a lashlift with Raina and she is amazing. My lashes look incredible and Raina took great care with the process - you can tell she is a perfectionist about the result, which is amazing. Highly recommend.

Nice and friendly staff. They did a nice job on my lashes and took care of me immediately even if I didn't have an appointment.
