The store is great with a huge range but Chloe is an absolute star to deal with, helping and guiding my wife and I with everything. There was a massive amount of questions and she had answers for all of them. Chloe gave us an amazing deal and service that exceeded our expectations going above and beyond. Thanks again we will definitely be back.

Went in to buy a bbq for my partners 50th but I didn't seem to exist in the store so went down the road and purchased 1.

Purchased an outdoor setting last week and told it will arrive this week. Just rang and was informed that only the table had arrived and the rest would arrive in Fremantle on 1st Jan. No setting for Xmas or new year. Obviously not happy. I should have shopped in Busselton barbecues galore, at least I wouldn't have to organise delivery from Bunbury. I wouldn't have purchased if I had known this.

Absolutely wonderful service from a young girl who was a trainee. The BBQ we chose wasn't in stock. She ordered it in and told us when it would arrive and that they would call us upon arrival. Sure enough it arrived exactly when she said it would. Very friendly, helpful and efficient service.

Have bought quite a few items from here. The staff are friendly and helpful although they need to have more stock as the range is poor. Some items on display don't have all the parts with them. More care needed here when showcasing cookware.

I can't understand the reviews i am reading. I went to the store on Wednesday 20th to inquire about a triple flue for my friend place. The young lady who served me was polite and very helpful, and i said i would be back to pay for the parts. i entered the store this morning the 23rd to make sure all the parts were there. I was greeted by a young man who was polite aqnd i gave him the card the young lady gave me with all the numbers and prices on it. He then gave it to a middle age man who inturn took the card and started looking at the card and started work on the computer, he then turned to me and said do you know if she has put away all the parts" in a rather demeaning manner I said i don't know maybe you can check. He then said "i don't know if the parts are there" i then said to him
