We had our Forester Sport serviced yesterday, and all went well with the service. We did however get the shock of our lives when we received a quote of $934 for a replacement key. If we had accepted the price (we didn't), this would have taken our 50,000km (fixed price) service to a total of $1728.17Fortunately we have managed to source a replacement key, saving us $494 on your price of $934.Unfortunately this is just absurd. This has forced me to doubt taking my car back there in the future.

Ordered a blue Subaru Outback XT turbo for my lovely wife of 40 years.I thought it was about time I purchased her a new car.Went back two weeks later and bought a new white Forester AWD for myself, fantastic car to drive with so much room at a great price.Trent Morgan, Subaru Production Manager was very helpful and strong on safety. I was impressed with his honesty, professionalism and product knowledge, 10/10.Thanks to the service team for their attention to detail, the car paint work looked terrific.Would recommend this dealership.

I have bought my last 3 cars here and always dealt with Craig and Leanne who are both fantastic but when I bought my current Colorado I did so because of a promotional deal that Holden put on where you got 7 free services, I have only had 4 of these and now am told nobody knows about that promotional deal and had to pay for my latest service. I know it’s hard to lay blame but something like that should be kept recorded, it is going to cost me several thousand more than I ever thought, I would have bought a different vehicle if that deal was never offered!

Had the pleasure of collecting a new Haval Jolion for my daughter yesterday. Innes, Tony, Le Anne and Hutchy were all great to deal with. The whole process was so easy and didn't take very long at all. All done from go to whoa within about 10 days. This is the second car I have bought from Dutton's Mt Barker and certainly probably not the last! I can highly recommend the entire experience.
