Took my mum up today for her to post a couple of letters. Simply received the kindest and most informed lady who runs the store who made my mum feel so welcomed. Five stars to the miners rest post office. Thankyou and all the best.

Rude staff, was spoken down too like a child when asking a simple question, tried to argue with me and then just shut me down by saying “contact Australia post” didn’t ask for ID or to sign to package. I could of been anyone taking it
