Firstly the young girl that served me looked like someone had died. She was so unpleasant. Secondly, I found a hair in my chicken salad. Will never go back. What filth!

Usually like soul origin as they make a nice almond latteBUT... at Top Ryde ( the one on the lower level-near Woolworths) not so.....To start with the service was SH—T!! They really love their jobs here!! And then the tables were chic a block with old coffee cups and food packaging-when I approached one of the workers about the mess on nearly all of the tables I was told “yeah we are coming out to clean it!!”20minutes later and it is still like a bomb has hit it!!1 star for the ordinary coffee!!

I have since moved out of the area but just wanted to say 'thankyou' to the staff. The customer service is excellent and food delicious. All the best.

The chicken schnitzel wrap I purchased (on Anzac Day) was of very poor quality. The chicken was dry and rock hard, the salad was off and tasted very bitter with the whole meal lacking any taste. I ended up throwing it in the bin and buying another meal.

A standard chain with food court takeaway options. They focus on prepared food which is heated or re-heated. I'm not a massive fan. A good option when there's nothing else available for coffee but it's rarely my first choice.

Coffee is just getting better. I remember in the bad ‘ol days when living in Sydney you had to travel wide and far to get yourself a good quality coffee. Also in my youth a lot of Sydney was still into drinking tea. Tea is cool but morning lung and heart starter I need a good well grounded and flavoursome coffee. Soul Origin has two venues at Top Ryde Shopping Centre and I’m talking about Soul Origin one level up from Ground entrance (hence level 1, but shopping centre levels are in a whole level of their own). Coffee good. Service and staff excellent. I have two regular baristas on my staff and both make the coffee I love to sup. They’ve got great salads, meals, sandwiches , cakes and treats and for franchise coffee it’s triple AAA quality and value. Depending on how many Soul Origin venues you’ve had your coffee created you have to know that if you get jigged, don’t freak, there’s a plethora of hard working baristas out in Sydney. I like to think it was me who started Sydney’s love of coffee. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it! Enjoy. Soul Origin makes a quality cup of Joe!
