We are in the process of designing our dream home and Andrew at Arli Homes has been an absolute delight to work with. Our journey so far has been hassle free and l love their prompt communication. Can’t wait to start building!

After initially signing with another builder, we came across Arli by chance and just had to build with them. Their quality inclusions coupled with the finishes seen in their display homes drew us in from the very beginning. The pricing was transparent where as other builders were quoting us something which was so much further away from the end result once upgrades and changes were made. We have recently commenced on site and things are going along smoothly. Their team are transparent and are providing regular updates on the build. We cant wait to get into our home.

Overall the process was really simple because what you see is what you get, their display homes are already fitted with inclusions which you already get. Even the basic inclusions are already great unlike other builders who you'll spend hours and hours coz even the smallest screw has an upgrade category.We're just starting with our build but we've been enjoying it so far.

We have finally moved into our Arli home! We purchased Arlis first display home in Werribee on a leaseback. The house is the amazing Ayla! From the moment we walked into the home and met Sharon we new we wanted to build an Ayla. Sharon took us on a tour of the home and pointed out all the standard inclusions that other builders have as extras. We were so impressed with the flow, the quality and layout of the home we knew we just had to have it. So the search for the block of land started. We couldn't find the right sized block in the right location so changed houses to the Olie. We quickly realised we didn't want a 2 storey home so sacrificed our preferred location to get the house we wanted and decided to buy the display on leaseback. The best decision we have ever made. The whole time that Arli leased the property they paid the rent on time and always welcomed us when we went for a look. We are so excited to finally being in our home and thank Sharon and the Team for being the fantastic people that they are and welcoming us into the Arli family. Keep up the awesome job that you guys do. I'm sure you are going to make many more people happy with the amazing homes you build and the fantastic service you give. If we were to ever build it would be with Arli as no other builder compares but sorry I'm not moving, this is our forever home.

Arli homes have gone above and beyond our expectations to assist us with building our dream home. Thank you so much for all your hard work and great efforts by team Arli will be definitely recommend my friends to build their house with Arli homes, as we have already moved into the new home we have received so many complements about our lovely Arli Home. Could not thank enough to Arli home for building our Architecturally designed and still in budget home. When they said that stand out from the rest builders team Arli really mean it. Definitely they know how to stand out from the rest.

** Update **Promptly after leaving this review, Arli Homes contacted us and apologised for our frustration and acknowledged the lack of communication. We have our defect inspection booked next week and have promised us they have taken action internally and updated procedures to avoid this situation occurring again.Based on the response, we’re satisfied with the outcome and updating our review.Thanks Arli Homes for acknowledging our concerns and taking immediate action.Original review:After construction support is really lacking. We’re now approaching 6 months in our home and yet to have the 3 month post construction inspection booked, even after requesting this multiple times. Huge list of defects yet to be attended to.We had a roof leak and it took after 2 weeks for a response. Damage inspection from the roof leak is yet to occur. We request updates often and get told this will be received promptly but never hear anything.We’re beyond disappointed with the post construction support and as we prepare to build a second property, we’ve made the decision this won’t be with Arli Homes due to the lack of follow up and repairs.

My husband and I absolutely loved our experience building our first home with Arli Homes.Being first time home builders and being so new to all things construction Arli were able to help us navigate and breakdown the important steps. Their social media tutorials were always so helpful. Sharon was always there to answer our calls and help us understand 'building lingo'. Sharon was also incredibly accommodating in bringing our vision to life. We worked together on some designs for our costal home and we were so happy with where everything landed. We loved visiting the display home and making our colour selections.As we moved through the build process the Arli Homes team were always there to answer any questions. Big shout out to Sharon who personally came to meet us in South Yarra to help us translate the contract and breakdown what everything meant. In a very overwhelming time she was incredibly assuring and we so appreciated the time she took to talk us through all the detail!From here Ashley became our key contact whilst we worked through the build. Her fortnightly updates on the progression of the build were incredible. She even personally drove by to take some photos of the build when we were unable to. Also was incredibly patient whilst we made MANY amendments to colours etc!Our home build process was super smooth. We were always kept up-to-date and the whole build process took just over 6 months across the Christmas period. We were so impressed with how quickly it went up in a challenging resourcing time! They worked wonders.Our handover was so much fun. Andrew took the time to answer any questions we had. Any issues we flagged were no problem to be fixed. He was super calm and collected working with us to find the best solution. Arli even had a handover gift which was just so sweet!My husband and I wanted to say a HUGE thank-you to the entire team at Arli Homes. What an amazing journey it was. We are in awe of our new home. The finishing details are just so beautiful. The overall quality is exceptional. We love our appliances and all the little quirks that make our home super functional. We certainly feel like our worlds got an upgrade moving into our new home. Thank you so much again! We cannot recommend you more highly!

We are having such a great experience with Arli Homes so far. We have just recently signed our contracts but the road to this point has been enjoyable and stress-free! We started this build journey with another builder and are so grateful we decided to move on and found Arli. Their service and luxury inclusions really do set them apart from the rest. We have worked with a number of people within Arli to get to this point and they have all been highly professional and responsive. Joshua and Ashley have been particularly wonderful and we couldn't recommend them more highly. We're really looking forward to the building stage and seeing our home come to life.

We have had very poor communication the whole way along. There is no transparency or clarity even when questions asked.Build, so far, seems to be ok. Need to drastically improve customer service and accountability
