Flat tyre in car park near Pizza Capers Kenmore. No RACQ on car and completely stuck. Contacted them, and they came straight down,, put spare tiyre on and then told me to drive car to workshop so they could check air pressure in them. I tried to pay them and they refused to take payment. They made my day and just goes to show, what wonderful caring people they are. Lisa Dekker

Have used Ultimate Auto Care in Kenmore for some years now and think they are wonderful. My Holden Astra Convertible is now 16 years old and they keep it in great working order. I use them for all my services and any repairs. Brian is great at explaining things to the non-technical me without any condescending remarks - something I have had from other car servicing. I cannot recommend them highly enough for all your auto needs.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Received excellent customer service from Paddy - couldn't have been happier. Not only did he change my tyre straight away, check the trye pressure and back the car out of a difficult space, but he refused to charge me. Lovely to get such old fashioned customer service.

I noticed my tyre was slowly going down and phoned up Ultimate Auto Care Kenmore to see if they could fit me in to look at my car tyre that day. The lovely gentleman on the phone asked if my car had a spare tyre and told me where it would be found in the new model Mitsubishi. He said if I had a spare they could change the tyre over and have a look at the tyre with the issue and fix it while I still got on with my errands. They found a nail in the tyre while I was standing with them, showed me and said they could fix it. He also explained how they fix tubeless tyres these days which was interesting. Within a couple of hours the tyre was all fixed and good to go. These guys were tops! I thought it would have cost a lot more than it did and that I would have to wait a few days to get the car in but this is as not the case :) If any other issues arise in the future I will be calling them first. I highly recommend the team at Ultimate Auto Care Kenmore as they care, they give you all the info, educate you, very fair pricing and are transparent which I appreciate. I am very happy with my experience and know you will be too. Definitely 5 star service
