i come here every week as i am a regular customer, was served by a girl named Mounifa she was extremely rude & arrogant & harassed my friend i before we could ever order. Saying rudely don’t order on the phone 3x and kept hassling us too hurry up & place an order not to mention we haven’t even sat down to begin with. Clearly doesn’t care about customer service and just wants people in and out the door as quickly as possibly. Disappointed and dissatisfied with workers like this won’t be coming back here anytime soon. However, a worker named Miles gave exceptional service & ensured we weren’t disappointed with our meals keep up the good work Miles :)

The food is great! They have a wide variety of selections and service is quick.

Arrived approximately 4pm on Saturday for an early dinner, initially waited 1 min to be seated.Ambiance is between a super cheap dumpling place with tables and food boxes and cleaning equipment visible, and nice mid level restaurant with good table accessories and attractive wall paneling.Tables have QR codes but waitress told me the system was broken and directed me to order at the front counterMy order was diligently taken and checked at this point which was appreciated, they have however added a 1% surcharge for card payments including eftpos as well as Visa and Mastercard, this practice personally give me a bad taste in my mouth.I asked how long they expected for food to arrive at the table and they said 20 minutes.Getting the first dishes after only 4 minutes from my order of Mapu Tofu and Peking Duck pancakes, wow these were some of the best peking duck pancakes I have eaten in a while, now they were more generous of the duck meat and no so much of that crispy skin that others would prefer. The Mapu Tofu was delicious was more mild than I was expecting as I was hoping for a really hot version, that said I would order this again.Next arriving was the salt and pepper calamari, special fried rice and our drinks was around 8 minutes after ordering. Fried rice was ok, the value was a little low to me, quality was good but at $14 it seems a bit on the high side in my opinion, other opinions may vary here.The last dish of Xiao Long Boa at 16 minutes after ordering. Well done Dumpling Plus for getting the food out quickly and you exceeded the suggested wait time of 20 mins.All food was tasty, service was good and ambiance was what was expected.We will be back as overall this was a great experience.

visited watergarden shopping centre for groceries, and tried Dumpling Plus Watergarden and had a overal good experience. I ordered the flat rice noodle with beef, quite savoury and tasty with the gravy, the beef was cooked to perfection, and the noodles were cooked just right, not too soft or too firm. I also tried the lemongrass fried Vermicelli, and it was equally delicious. The fragrant aroma of the dish was irresistible, and the taste was even better.Although the service was not the most welcoming as it is super busy, it was very efficient. The staff seemed to be focused on their work, making sure everything was running smoothly. Overall, I had a great dining experience at Dumpling Plus Watergarden. The food was outstanding, and the service was efficient. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious Asian cuisine.

Great Chinese dumpling and other menu items. Reasonable prices and full menu selection including rice, soups, noddles and main dishes. Nice open space and plenty of parking.

The food here very good for this areas, pretty authentic chinese food, with a nice mix of dumplings etc and Sichuan style spicy dishes. great value, $80+ easily feeds our family of five, probably with some left over. We happily come here after shopping every couple of weeks. Also the portions are massive!!

This place is wonderful. The food is always top quality with a great varied menu. They even have a delivery robot, which our 9yo daughter loves. I would recommend booking as the restaurant is constantly busy. Been lucky enough to walk in a few times though.

Food serving are consistently served in generous portions. Not to mention the speed of cooking. Probably the one of the most decent Chinese restaurants in the Sydenham area.

The food quality and quantity used to be much better before covid. Since then, it has dropped a notch. The prices of all items are higher and plate size reduced.Still a good place to.go

Service and ambience are okay, being situated at Watergardens food precinct. The food quality is questionable. I had the braised pork belly which was too salty but worst was the two pieces of broccoli which were as tough as a rubber tyre (see photo). This restaurant was a letdown and would discourage people from eating the tough vegetables prepared here.
