My experience with Tina, Terry and Roger for the last five years has been 100% positive. The huge majority of my dealings have been with Tina. I find Tina to be extraordinarily passionate about her work. Her diligence, her enthusiasm, her knowledge and her responsiveness is exemplary.Every single time I have asked her a question, she would respond within minutes. Whenever I engage with Tina, I find she takes a sincere interest in my property and resolves issues very promptly. Tina is personable and has a very warm personality, is fair in her dealings and makes the effort to get to know her clients. I find her to be a warm and genuine person. This realty is extremely competent and I thoroughly recommend them. No reasonable individual could be disappointed with their level of service - they are brilliant.I've now been a client for almost 8 years and have absolutely no regrets at all. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I am constantly kept informed about my property and have complete confidence that Tina and her team will make the best decisions for me.

They have deleted my review. Just save yourself the hassle and rent with a reliable agency. And yes, I do have records. In fact I’m the document it said “presence of mould” yes. But didn’t not specify, we had already signed the lease and never thought it would be that bad. I have no reason to write a fraudulent review, I just wish someone told me about this agency before I rented with them.
