Avoid like the plague. Refusing to refund me a treatment when it was THEM who did not notify me of my appointment cancellation to which I showed up for. You have constant 1 star reviews lately, maybe you should rethink your customer service or lack of!

Results Laser Clinic North Lakes is a professional, well run clinic with a warm and friendly welcome by Jamie, who had plenty of time for me to ask her questions and concerns regarding my appointment, she was wonderful. When meeting my cosmetic injector, Shaunna (hope I have spelt her name right!), she was so friendly and put my mind at ease and did an incredible job on my final results, I was so impressed. Will definitely be back to see her in the near future and will highly be recommending to my friends and family. Thank you girls!

Emily made me feel so comfortable within the first minute of my first appointment. Every bit of needed information was explained thoroughly about laser hair removal. I have been to other laser clinics and this place beats others prices and they don't rip you off by trying to add on extra prices for fingers, toes or your behind as it's included with arms, legs Brazilian etc. I give them 100/10!

I had a skin reaction following my first laser therapy on June 27th 2021 and I had to go to a dermatologist to resolve the prolonged skin issues. I was also medical advised by my dermatologist that I should discontinue my laser skin treatment to prevent further aggravation on my affected skin. Following multiple conversations with the local store and the main office in Sydney, they agreed to refund my remaining pre-purchased package on July 7th 2021. I have NOT received any refund until today, no updates, no communications, and no replies to my email reaching out to them. I visited this store numerous times and the staff members couldn't do anything as the refund was supposed to be issued by the main branch. One of the staff members in the Sydney main office was extremely rude during our phone conversation and she hung up on me in the middle of our call. This whole experience reflects your poor customer service. Please honor your promise as a company and give my refund.

,My name is Phoebe , I was provided a service from your laser clinic at Northlakes on Saturday the 18th of March.I am unsatisfied with the services I was provided. I have had laser treatment for the past 2 years with another service provider. I decided to switch to your clinic as I had received bad customer service at my previous clinic. Previously, my treatment was at the point where there was no hair growth after laser treatment for up to 8+ weeks. I received full legs, Brazilian and underarms.It has only been 8 days since my service with Results laser clinic Northlakes and my hair is growing back like I did not receive treatment. My skin is itchy and irritated and I am extremely uncomfortable. I am feeling disappointed and upset as I have had laser for a long time and never experienced this at any point beyond my first two sessions which were done elsewhere.I have pre-paid my next appointment, I am looking to cancel that and I would like to receive a full refund. I see that you have a “no-refund” policy however Under the Australian consumer law I am entitled to a full refund if the services rendered are not satisfactory.Please respond to this review with an email address so I can speak to someone about a refundRegardsPhoebe

I love coming to Results Lazar Clinic North Lakes. Emily is perfect for treatments. I've had both Lazar hair removal and PRP done by her. She is comforting, quick and always does a great job. I look forward to my treatments to see her. I highly recommend her for whatever you chose to have done. She's brilliant. You wouldn't be able to find better.

I have been going to see Mackenzie for the past year and absolutely love her. She is extremely professional, friendly and very informative. The mico-needling is amazing and my skin has never looked or felt so good. I will defiantly be continuing my visits to northlakes laxer clinic. Thanks for the great service.

Please AVOID this business at all costs!!!After booking in for a service at the recommendation of the operator, I was told by the beautician on the day, that the service was not really appropriate for what I wanted, and that I’d be better off doing something different. To which she then told me she was not qualified to do.I am extremely frustrated and angry, as I have 3 small children and would never have wasted my time coming in for an appointment that was not suitable for my needs.After speaking to someone at head office they then proceeded to tell me that there was nothing wrong with the service which was recommended to me, it just wouldn’t give me the results I wanted. So in essence, it’s the incorrect service for me.She then went on to say that we cannot do consultations over the phone, as we cannot see your skin type etc……So again….why was I booked in for a service then??? Why was I not booked in for just a consultation?!!I will definitely be filing a complaint with OFT.This company has complete lack of customer service!!! Do not waste your money and time!!
