The most worst tutoring and question hub. Adam literally left me cause I lean on my hand while he was teaching, but he never teached anything, just looks at his phone

I have purchased the Victoria selective high school test practice exam course for my child. Practice exams so far are good and giving feedback to my child strong and weak areas, helping my child to review areas needed improvement.Reason for 3 stars is for bad support from the academy staff. Response is very poor for any questions and inquiries. I do not see any response from the team.
