Centre Studios - Reformer Pilates Studio

I discovered Centre Studios in its early days of opening as I was looking for something low impact whilst managing my sporting injuries. The studio is beautiful, with lots of natural light and only 6 beds so you know you’ll get the attention you need. Dannie is an amazing instructor with incredible technical knowledge, communication skills and empathy. She connects with you individually, provides guidance on your form as well as options to tailor the exercise to suit the level you’re at. An example of personalised care that I received was returning to Pilates post surgery and Dannie making a note of this in my profile so that the other instructors were aware and could accomodate. Everyone has been wonderful and I’m very grateful to have been able to stay active whilst injured and now as I recover post operation!

Amazing Pilates studio… Danielle (the owner & instructor) is absolutely fabulous and welcoming. She pays attention to each client and corrects form when required and is always happy to help when I have questions. I look forward to Pilates classes everyday.

I am a tennis player and I get a fair bit of lower back pain. Working with Centre Studios has been great! I no longer have any lower back pain but if I ever do it is very minor. I think this has helped so much!! I love all the classes and the instructors are great! Also love how only 6 people in a class at a time so the instructor can focus a lot on your technique to make sure you are doing every exercise correctly and safe. Highly recommend!! Best studio!

This is the first time I write a review. The best studio I’ve been to, every single one of the instructors are absolutely amazing and cater to every individuals every need, especially Dannie and Gloria. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Danni is hands down the best pilates instructor I've ever had. Her energy and attention to technique is amazing and she always makes sure my form is correct to target the right muscles. 1000% would recommend her classes!

I’ve been going to centre studios since it opened in December 2021. My whole body shape has changed and I have never liked my body as much as I do now. I feel fantastic. The classes are varied, exercises can be adjusted to each individual’s fitness level, the atmosphere is fun, and I love being there. Dannie and the other instructors give gentle corrections to technique to make sure we target the correct muscles. I highly recommend Centre studios.

Only has 2 lessons so far(many more to come) and i love reformer Pilates ! Its my first time and i feel very comfortable in the lovely small space and the amazing instructors! Was nervous to start the journey in a large studio and was so excited when i found CC.They were very encouraging and adjusted me when i needed it. Keep up the great work CC !
