If I could give this florist zero stars I would. The complete lack of service is awful. I called from Canada to order flowers for my mum for a Saturday delivery. The guy on the phone assured me it would be fine and be delivered as per my request. I sent an email early Saturday afternoon to simply follow up and ensure the order was being taken care of. I only did this as I felt quite rushed when I placed the initial order as the guy I spoke with didn’t take all of the contact information for my mum and came across rushed and short with me. I have sent a couple of emails, phoned several times and even had my friend in Melbourne call the shop yesterday at 3pm to check on things - she was actually told that the flowers where on route and would be promptly delivered. It’s now mid morning Sunday and still no delivery. Had I received any sort of communication on what was happening, I would have been satisfied. I genuinely don’t like to post negative reviews, but as I’m in a different country and can’t do much, and as it seems the flowers don’t seem to be showing up, I’m very upset. Hopefully someone working contacts me and rectifies this situation as soon as possible.

I just wanted to say a huge Thankyou to the wonderful team at Cranbourne florist. Having had some bad experiences in the past with so called ‘online’ florist, who promise same day delivery, but fail more times that not to deliver on the day requested, I chose to speak directly to a local florist, & I couldn’t be more happy with their service, & their ability to deliver, as promised, exactly what I had asked for.

So disappointed. I buy orientatel lillies from here often. They are always alot pricier rhan elsewhere but the quality usually outweighs the price however the bunch of lillies brought today was equal to what woolworths discounts to $5!! Will think twice before going back again. Worst bunch of lollies ever. Very very very dissatisfied & disappointed in both quality and price..

Purchased some lovely roses displayed very nicely. Good prices and quality flowers. Staff friendly and helpful. Overall very pleasant visit. Highly recommend this florist.

My disappointment is immeasurable and my day had been ruined. Extremely poor customer service, rude and accusatory when called out about an issue I had with my order. Will not be back and will let my friends and family know.

I want to express my gratitude to the lovely Caitlin at Sarah's Florist for resolving an issue we have just had. Ordered a lovely arrangement with King Protea's along with other beautiful elements for my dads birthday. The significance of this delivery goes deeper than anyone could imagine. Due to restrictions we are unable to see him on his birthday. The delivery came completely inadequate. I am thankful for the manner in which Caitlin managed this situation to arrive and an agreeable resolve. Thank-you and I will continue to come back to order my flowers from here.
