waited over 30 minutes to get food. order wasn't correct, got gravy, instead of mash n gravy. workers seemed more interested in chatting among one another and talking to flirting boys than doing their job efficiently. chicken wasn't hot, chips were barely warm.

This franchise needs to work on their food supply or cooking because this is terribly disappointing. This is the second time in two weeks that we got raw, smelly chicken that smelled disgusting and far from being edible. First time we got 3 original recipe chicken and all of them came out raw with extremely foul smell to the point we had to throw the whole box away. We told ourselves that maybe it’s because they were crowded so they didn’t cook it properly. A week later we ate here again hoping the results would be different but the chicken was the same, so no way this was a coincidence… My partner works in a restaurant and he even said that he would never serve something like this to the customer. Fix this before someone gets food poisoning…

Just awful, I opted for chicken tenders as I’ve recently had braces applied and thought it would be softer and more enjoyable. 1st batch was completely cold, not just “warm” completely COLD. 2nd batch was slightly warmer but not in any way fresh, still seemed like they were sat out for an hour before being served.Finally, these were not tenders, they were hard, dry and disgusting, threw the box away, $10 wasted.Save your money, go somewhere else.

If it is not the freshness of the KFC, I would have scored this store with 0 star for inexperience and inaptness of the staff, and ill-manner response for incorrect order.My vision is impaired, and therefore it was more than frustrated to have staf making mistakes after mistake.1. Senior discount not given2. Staff does not seem to know about the entitlement of drink and small chips for scanned QR code of previous order3. Duty manager / supervisor found it too difficult to fix problem. I suggested to cancel the order and create a correct new order,4.order ready, discoved number of chicken pieces short changed.5. Drink not given6. Check with staff about missing pieces, and problem then rectified7. Ask Duty Manager / supervisor about my drink entitlement, she just appoints to the young staff at a different counter8. Ask staff for my drink, the response is WHAT."I finally have my chicken wings after the debacle.Do I get an apology from any staff and duty manager / supervisor / staff? I must be dreaming!"

I placed an order since 10.33 pm. I arrived at the store to receive the order. Finally, when I arrived, I still didn't accept my order. I arrived at 11.23 and just received my order. and then just showed up that the orders being prepared, if it's a lot of people, but already pressed accept, I don't mind at all, this has not yet started accepting So why should I order it? I'm hungry. I waste a lot of my time working. And don't forget to ask your staff, but tell me to check the board, it doesn't have my name. I had to take it to see it 3 times but it didn’t have my name

I was like, really drunk and they had hot and spicy chicken. From what I remember it was nice. The guy next to me made weird eyes at me and I feel lucky to have made it home alive. Chicken is good though

One of my most favourite places to go... The food is well cooked... the service is pretty quick... the stuffs are co-operative... I will definitely come here again...

Waited 15mins for a nugget go bucket, gravy and regular popcorn. Disappointed. It could've been way less then that if the team was more trained and organised. I almost wanted to go in and help then with all the orders. Do better.

This place gets really busy at dinner time, save your time by going to other kfc branch. Waited quite long (30-40 minutes) several times now. Had once where the staff talked to each other while in the middle of giving my food.Food wise, wings us always delicious, hot and spicy could be really dry or really good.

I really don't know how people still have the courage to order in this place, if I place an order for lunch, it leaves at dinner time. They should hire more employees and for sure everything would flow better. If I have to choose a KFC, I'd rather cross the city than cross the street to go there.
